There is no lift in the hotel and we got a room on the 3rd floor so we had to carry all the luggage and the baby pram upstairs along quite steep stairs. (W hotelu brakuje windy. Dostaliśmy pokój na 3 piętrze I wszystkie bagaże, łącznie z wózkiem trzeba było wnosić po dość stromych schodach.)

The staff was particularly friendly and very helpful. The hotel had a good atmosphere and just such great staff, it was noticable that they all liked what they were doing and it was a joy to see. I would like to stay there again anytime!

It was excellent for a night stay. We were 2 adults and 3 young children. Hotel staff was very good and helpful. The rooms were clean and functional.

No lift, facilities need maintenance (our shower needed to be repaired, door handle was loose, one light bulb was burned), 4 bed room not suitable for 4 people, only two adults and two small children as the second bed is a relatively small couch.

The hotel was in a quiet and pleasant residential area which helped me relax after a long day of meetings. The continental breakfast was included in the price and very delicious with a variety of options including fresh juice and tasty eggs. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view from the balcony.

The hotel lacked certain amenities such as a pool or gym which I usually look for when travelling on business. the location was a bit far from the city center, so getting around could be a bit of a challenge for those not familiar with the area.

Friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean with the advantage that each had heaters with temperature control. Very quiet location, mainly residential but walking distance to several restaurants amd U Bahn.
